Join us at the Rathmore Club on Sunday, 13th October, from 14:00 to 16:00 for Learn to Play Day, part of the UK charity Music for All’s flagship annual event.
This free event, running from 11th to 13th October, aims to inspire new and lapsed musicians to engage with music-making. As part of this nationwide celebration, we’ll be offering free taster lessons on a variety of Irish instruments, including the tin whistle, fiddle, flute, bodhrán, mandolin, banjo, and button accordion. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to improve, come along to try your hand at these instruments and experience the joy of Irish traditional music.
It’s a perfect opportunity for all ages and abilities to get involved, make music, and be part of the local music community.
